just the way you did for step 1 and 2 ( if you did online).
or else go to OASIS, sign in, go to financial account, and make an online payment for $200.

yes it did... i called them twice... after which they sent an email to my PC saying they need updated CV on friday... i emailed it on monday, and by monday evening it said APPROVED.. i dont know when they are going to mail it thought.... hope this helps...

my papers reached ecfmg on 7th april... status showed no application on file till 20th... i called them on 17th and 20th april... on 20th i was told that they would call me back after checking whats going on... I didnt get any call that day... next day my PC emailed me asking for updated CV.
