Go to the AMA page and they have rotation providers listed. Check out which seems the best fit for you. In my experience, AMOpportunities and MD2B Connect are the most transparent companies from their websites.

I suggest Medclerkships for applying to externship rotation as i have completed my rotation through them for 4 weeks and got 1 strong LOR.
