So i just took usmle, Felt okay coming out of it nothing too bad. Then questions (realllllly easy ones) started coming up that I know I got wrong. Got up to 15 questions i know for sure I got wrong.
I will answer any questions you guys have about it, but first can someone explain this "transition" period and how this will effect the curve??????
Once someone can explain this to me, I will answer any questions you guys have.
NBMEs and UWs are in 240s-250s if you guys care.

your question is not very clear to me. please ask again:
what transition period it is? It will effect what curve?

New set of questions coming in. Old ones out. Less of a sample size, so wondering if getting a question incorrect will affect your overall score to a greater extent. That's why there is a delay in the scoring

it seems that 7 block questions are not fixed?
if that is true, then the easy questions (transition) will have a positive impact on your score curve!

that is bonus part and will not influence your score curve. however, if you got them right, it will enhance your score curve

a quick question for you:
one block should have 40 questions. those easy questions are within 40 questions or additional?
are you sure those easy questions are not from next block if you have completed the prior block?
