How can I upload a LOR - optimisticpositive

Hello everyone.
I am an old graduate, but I still apply for residency every yr.
Could a kind soul guide me as to how to upload a letter of recommendation. I do not see an option to upload aLOR in "MY OASIS" on UPLOAD site.
I'll highly appreciate your help.

I figured it out myself.

A note for US citizens old graduates. Do find a medical job to be able to make money and survive. And keep applying for residency. At the same time, do not stay dependent on getting a residency and keep working on other options like becoming a PA, NP. MPH, PhD etc.
