Has your medical license ever been suspended/revoked/voluntarily terminated? Yes or No

I don’t understand the meaning of voluntarily terminated

I was doing a residency with temporary training license at a non structured program and my contract was terminated because I reported HIPPA violation
Please in my case do I answer yes to this question(voluntarily terminated is what I don’t understand)
