How to work on typing patient notes? - step1_prep

Hi friends

I am not good at typing fast, is there any software or any tips to work on my typing speed?

I understand that there is a approved list of abbreviations which we can use in typing, still I am not able to finish in time.

your best bet is get over your fear, you have to just type and type and type till you get the timing right
i bet you if you keep trying it everyday, you will notice your speed improved, when you go tot take a typing course that is what they teach you is keep doing it till you increase your speed if you need to look at the keyboard then do so, one way that worked for is I memorized the keyboard and that increased my speed but really in end you have to keep doing it everyday at least 3-4 pn's and you will see improvement!

yeah I agree with jj you have to keep going at it multiple times a day to get your self typing just right for cs
