Only have one interview....will I match? - kingston99

Hello,

I am an IMG from a lesser known carib school.
Passed all steps including step 3 on first try.

I only got one interview this season for FM. I really like the program and ranked it but I am nervous about the match results.

Any motivation or stories are appreciated.

Currently I am calming my nerves by remembering it only takes one to match.

I'll tell u a story:

I'm a Canadian. When I applied for match, i got 3 interviews. 2 in FM and one in Psych. I went to my first FM interview and met another Canadian. he was nervous as he only had one interview.

In the end, he matched and i didnt. Anything is possible. I matched this year though so i'm happy.

Step 1: 219
Step 2: 220s
Step 3: 210
CS pass
All first attempts
Needed a visa
Graduated 2014

This year i applied to 35 programs. I didn't have much money to begin with.
