Failed CS once and gradated before 2018 - kencmd

I failed my CS exam which took place in December last year. I graduation from my medical school (Caribbean) before 2018. According to the ECFMG new guidelines, there is no Pathway for me to get the ECFMG certificate. I do not know what to do now. Or I have to wait until the CS exam resumes.
