How to extend , the eligibility period, i went on iwa2ecfmg and no links nothing.I read how to popspone, i called ,no links nothing...HELP and guide me

I read up everything, the guidance given on ecfmg site, reddit, and called in vain, there are no links to extend the USMLE1 exam
Can anyone guide me?
