i went for volunteer work and was tested ppd+and -ve CXR. But the doctor there says I HAVE TO Start treatment with INH. Please folks advice. I don't know what to do.

have u any proof of having BCG in past....in which case I would show that...otherwise how positive was it....if it was really indurated and huge....i would take the INH.

if ur ppd positive and refuse to take the inh - they cant refuse to take u in. but u have to be regularly followed up. its a usmleworld question kinda situation

i wud disagree....u r a risk to patients and therefore u need to be cleared medically fit to practice....so they prob can take measures to prevent u from working unless u r deemed fit...
