incisional biopsy is neede in places where the skin lesion is quiet small or very likely be a cancer itself

shave biopsy is contraindicated inn most of the time----//?

rx of seborrheic keratososis --excison --stuck on appearance--crosurgey or curettage or can be left alone---if there are too many --it may be sign of leser trelet --underlying malignacy --u should investigate


suspicious mole will need to be measured by breslow system and excised

if it turns out to be mlanom a after biosy --dont forget to do metastatic work up /follo up of the pt lifelong---and may be you have to see the finding on the background of clark level

lymphnode dissection may be necessary --if metastasis systemic chemotherapy may benecessary
