-associated with auto immune diseases such as SLE,SJOGERN ,RA
-common in women
-direct bilirubin,alkaline phosphate & increases
- associated with anti mitrochondrial antibody
-diagnosis liver biopsy
rx.... ursodeoxycholic acid initiallly
liver transplant definitive

PRIMARY SCLEROSING CHOLANGITIS

-intra and extra bile duct both involve
-associated with IBD especially ulcerative colitis
-young men
-direct bilirubin and alkaline phosphate are increase
-associated with A-NCA ( LOSE ASSOCIAYTION )
-INCREASE RISK OF CHOLANGIOCARCINOMA
-diagnosis ercp
-rx liver transplant
