aplying for diferent speciality (IM & neurology) - jubara

dif i applyied for neurology and IM, does the program knows that, i mean, does that affect giving me an interview, and during the interview, do they know that i have applyied for both.
neurology now is with the NRMP, so, is the program affiliated to look for my aplications.
