i'm in usa on a visiting visa-for my cs xams...i'm done with that & want to clear my step 3 as wel this time only,but i'm feeling home sick now ....
but i'm serious about finishing this exam business...so plz do help me & let me know which books to consult...is UW/CRUSH STEP3/KAPLAN sufficient?
any response will b sincerely appriciated...

hi i am intrested to know how long they give you the visa for.

the best is
kaplan ck and if your step2 ck is recent u do not need then take uw all with the ccs for 3 mnths train good on th emcqs
then read the kapaln q book and go to the test will do fine just with that..some advise samson in some chapetsr like gertric and woman helath and sport medicine,some like the crush..which has good tables if you read them they may help.
ggood luck and liked to know how long your visa was.bcz i am having arealtive want to take this way and i do not know if they allow to extend it on anyhow.

thanks kareem for ur response....well,my stay was for 6months & i wish to utilise this time to appear in the xams...but i have no plans to extend my stay bcoz eve body told me that will not b a good idea & may effect the visa next time badly...anyways thanks for ur friendly suggestions...
