I used a credit card to book the online qbank of Kaplan on last Saturday. But they didn't e-mail me the password. During the past one week, I called them FOUR times asking them to mail me the code, as well as leaving an e-mail message in customer service. However, it still didn't appear in my mailbox. What should I do? Should I book again?
