my exam is in 2 weeks and i just did the nbme..got a score of 290!! averaged 52 on UW and 70 on the usmle cd..65 on kaplan qbank..what can i do??

What exam is that for? What does 290 correlate to in the NMBE chart?

If you are not confident, post phone your exam ASAP. No point sitting for it and get scores in the 70s and end up asking 'what are my chances questions'

The USMLE gives you the advantage to sit for your exam whenever you want. Use that advantage otherwise its main disadvantage will bite you in the ass, which is not be able to resit the exam to better your scores.

If you don't feel comfortable with what you are getting, postpone it.

I did not do NBME so I don't know what a score of 290 means.

Don't rely on score correlations if you are not comfortable with what you are getting. The main thing is to be confident on the day of the exam.
