i have a few interviews,but only 2 places where i would really want to go?my q is-that if we do get intoi a place this time.. is it acceptable to change /transfer out next year? or is it frowned upon? that may be my last resort. my scores are 97/99/need H1/2 mths usce/not ecfmg certified.. could it be that not being ecfmg certified is going against me?
