Hi Dr. Joe fisrt of all let me congrat you for the position in Columbia,I must add you deserve it 'cause of your scores. I just have a question -I read in one of your e-mails that you graduated in 1997 and I know that you are a GC holder, which makes me thing that you've bee in US for sometime and that's why I wanted to ask you if they asked you what have you done all this years,what was your answer(I really don't know your experience in us), how did they react to it(i understand that if columbia gave you a position it should be something more in you than just the scores).Anyway any answer would be appreciated. Thanks.

I am no light-house!!
Other IMGs also get into good programs, you need to study hard for the Steps- ace the exams and apply to less competitive specialties like FP.
