If a program says they accept GC only does it mean i have to hold a green card or they can accept me if i have my EAD. please respond. thanx.

Well not really..when they mean GC..they want minimum GC right now ! ..i have spoken to a few and they have said EAD isnt good enough becoz of uncertainty involved with the time frame as to when u will actually get the GC
