hi I also wanted to know whether you also should be registered for the NRMP match to be eligible for the scramble.Also how would u know of the open slots.The reason I am asking you is I wont be getting my step 2 resullts by the NRMP deadline Feb 25 .Anyone with information plz clarify.I am already registered at ERAS and have applied for one program.Does this mean that programs can take yu in the scramble without an interview
The next query or the more pertinent query is wheter you should be ecfmg certified by the nrmp deadline 25 feb or befor the scramble 16 march.
I would really appreciate if someone could clarify this.
The reason is I am trying to figure out if i could give the exam step 2 in the second week of feb and still have a chance to get into residency
