I got a Ph.D degree, and asked my Ph.D advisor (he has MD and Ph.D) to write a LOR. He asked me to put the points that I want to mention. Does anyone have experience with LOR? What should I emphasize and pay attention to? I need to ask for 2 more LORs and feel that the recommenders would ask me to write as well. Does anyone have some suggestions on LORs? Thanks a lot.
