86 is a good score Nisha but that first attempt will be a thorn during the interview season. I scored in the 90's in my second attempt on step 1. At all interviews this was mentioned.
More than that, as you must be knowing that certain programs require a first pass score. But that is the most that it can hurt you; restricted interviews.
The best thing to do is to get a convincingly high score in your step 2 on the first go.
