i guess preg makes s/s less ....but following pregnancy there is flare up in MS

1 2nd degree type 2 block assuming that no change in pr interval as it is not mentioned -transvenous pacemaker
2 i would have picked c
3 not sure
4 clinical with Mri every 3mon
5 clinical follow ups every 3 mon once stable then 6mon

what is external pacemaker?
transcutaneous?
transvenous?

i want to know if pt unstable do u do trcut before trvenous?
is ext and trcut same thing?

there r fewer episodes during pregnancy but 2-3 months following child birth the number of episodes r increased in MS...Reference is Kaplan step2 notes
No need to check follow up in MS and no test available for follow up..
best initial test... most sensitive test is MRI

external pacemaker and transcutaneous pacemakers are the same. in case of emergent pacing transcutaneous is chosen becoz it is simple (sticking the electrodes on the chest) and pace through a external machine

preg.improve but, postpartum worsen it.
