SAME DEPENDS...
MILD: FLUID RESTRICTION
MODERATE: NS AND DIURETICS
SEVERE:HYPERTONIC
CHRONIC:LITHIUM, DEMECLOCYCLINE[PREFERRED]

Initial Rx for the following Cases
1. ASx Pt w/ Na levels 120-130--Mild hyponatremia = Fluid restriction
2. Asx Pt w/ Na levels 110-120--Mod """"""""""''"' = Normal Saline plus loop diuretic
3. Sx Pt w/ SIADH----------------Sever '''''''''''''''''''' = Hypertonic Saline (3%) w/ or w/o loop

Demeclocyline is given to Asx Pt who ahave difficulties w/ water restriction unresponsive to Rx above. It acts on ADH anatagonist at DCT but since it takes a few day to kick in it is not recommended in acute ER situations
