Hi I am an old grad, will apply for residency for 2005,I need some hands on clinical experience in usa .is there anyone in the forum can help me with this .I am now on H4 visa, ecfmg certified.those who have gone through this process or have any experience please share it with me. any advice will be appreciated in advance. please help.thanks.
