An IMG joined Cleveland Clinic Foundation to start his residency from July 2006. During his first month of residency, he had to do several oncall nights, and he did not have enough time to eat dinners. After his oncall night, he found his urine completely yellow in the morning, and serum billirubin was found to be high. He is well built, other wise normal, there is no history of any other disease.
