A 45 yo female diagnosed with RA, now on Methotrexate. with intermittent steroids for flare-ups. Father died of heart attack at 65. Mother underwent CABG at 60. In order to decrease her CAD risk, what should be prescribed?
A. Aspirin
B. Statins
C. Folic acid
D. HRT
E. Exercise program

We can not give Aspirin, bcz she is on intermittent steroid
we can not advise excercise because she has RA
Statins, why
HRT no
If I could do any thing for this poor women is folic acid
