is research or observership or physician assitant better for programs

the most important thing is ur scores, if u have a gap then get the experience but if u can get done with step 3 u ll get the h1 visa. plan well

thankyou so much for the reply.i do not have a gap.but i am not sure whether i can make it for 2005 match because i am giving step 1 injune first week.please tell me which one is better an oberverhip or research assistant esp in tpronto or i should try for those only in US.ADVICE NEEDED.
