The patient has Wiscott Aldrich syndrome. Such patients present with a triad of rash, thrombocytopenia and recurrent infections with encapsulated organisms such as pneumococci. Such pat have decreased serum IgM and T cell defecits and die before second decade of infections or T cell lymphoma.
