9. A 70-year-old white male is found to have microscopic hematuria on routine urinalysis. The most likely cause is
1 asymptomatic renal stone
2 benign prostatic hyperplasia
3 bladder cancer
4 coagulopathy
5 urinary tract infection

What's the mechnism of microscopic hematuria caused by BPH? I thought BPH caused UTI (asymptomatic and symptomatic).
