because measles lower your immune system and this is logic that we prefer donot give bcg vaccine with measles for vaccination so as it depresses immune system function may interfere with ppd results

The rash of varicella-zoster virus has been described as crops of vesicles on erythematous macules (˜dew drop on a rose petal™), evolving into pustules and crusts. This disease process has not been associated with the measles virus
