most likely mechanism of urinary sx in a previously healthy college senior with 3 days of pain and burning with urination, loss of urine several times over a day, no fever nor chills, no flank nor costovertebral angle tenderness, lot of leukocytes, numerous rod shaped backteria?

2. Uninhibited detrusor muscle conditions
3. Ectopic insertion of the ureters
4. Decreased bladder muscle tone
5. Delayed neuromuscular maturation
