RNA primers are attached by PRIMASE....

C) is correct good job sa0 and destnis-choice

DNA Polymerase III recognises the short(approximately 10 nucleotides) RNA primers and begin to add nucleotides to the strand. If it read A it will add T, or if it read C it will add G or vice versa.
