You are right. The correct answer is c. The HLA complex is associated with a variety of diseases. Probably the best known association is the one between HLA-B27 and ankylosing spondylitis. HLA-B27 is also associated with postgonococcal arthritis.

RA is associated with HLA-DR4. Primary Sjogren syndrome is associated with HLA-DR3, 21-Hydroxylase deficiency is associated with HLA-BW47, Chronic active hepatitis is associated with HLA-DR3.
