when we go for an interview and if you are interested in a program that offers pre-match, does the program give you the pre-offer right away or you have to wait until January or February (after the whole interview process completed)?
your advice is highly appreciated.

They will offer u either right away r after some days from interview and will ask u to withdraw from match but...........................................always get in writing, no verbal offers.
