how easy/difficult is it to get j1 waiver jobs after psychiatry residency?

In state 30 program ,all states can offer a total of 1500 waivers.In addition to that Delta program sponsers additional waivers.So finding a J1 waiver is not that difficuilt,but finding a job in your desired location and your desired schedule is very difficuilt.
