hey guys. do we have to enter failed attempts in CAF?

IF the application asks you, then you must. Just answer the questions they ask you. The USMLE transcript will do the rest

thanks but in the exam section do we have to enter all attempts pass and fail, or just pass

Try ERAS help tab, maybe that will answer your question

i think, just answer passed and the date when you pass... ur usmle trancript will tell everything how you did when you took the exams.

That option "failed" is for those who failed one exam but not yet retake it. Make some sense? If you passed all the steps in the end, just fill out the space with pass and the time you passed it. Do not have to highlight your weakness.
