Awaiting CS what? the exam or the score? Anyways, is ur verification of medical educatn credentials done? If so, then once u get CS score, u'll also get the ECFMG cert soon enuf and u can then apply immediately for Step3.. but preparation for the exam will take time. So maybe u cud manage it still- if u manage to get the dates for the exam and the certificate.

definately possible in the time frame provided as long as u give ur s3 by dec end/mid jan and get a program of ur choice. keep the faith.

how long after passing the exams do u get the certificate?

If credentials verified, soon enuf- they dispatched mine the next day of passing the CS.
