previously healthy 58-y-F comes for evaluation of two deep ulcers on her right thigh. The lesions started as painful nodules approximately three weeks ago, the ulcers were surgically debrided, but now they have doubled in size. hysical exam show two 7 to 8 cm ulcers on teh lateral aspect of the right thigh just above the knee. The ulcers are reddish and necrotic with irregular, elevated purplish borders. No edema or discoloration of the lower legs.

ulcerative colitis. it is pyogenic granuloma typicall lesion ulcer with violet border

give intravenous steriods

Pyoderma Gangrenosum not pyogenic granuloma mital, hope I am right just double check Tx
