drop in sy Bp >10 mm hg during inspiration,,,,,,,,,,,bld is restricted from entering the rt heart ,,hence CO is decreased along with sy BP

i've found due to pulde in interventricular septum during inspiration(pathophysiology atlas).
any comment!
