This year, FM seems tough, I would suggest you to try pschyology, and Pediatrics as well in IMG friendly areas. more important search for requirement before put $25. IM is hopeless.

don't cry buddy, apply to some IM, FM, and Pediatrics. I got a small booklet about spiritual laws from a nice old man in the bus in my way to work, I'm not christian & religious person but I like this part : Consider a train like:
Fact (God & His Word)<--Faith (trust in God & His Word)<---Feeling (the result of our Faith),
The fact is locomotive and the rest are caboose, the train will run with or without the caboose but it would be useless to attempt to pull the train by caboose, so do not depend on emotion or feeling.
