Rejection base on the fact............. - cris

Will the program reject me based on the fact that I do not have dean's letter or MSPE???
If I check mark on CAF on page 12 that my school does not provide MSPE / dean,s letter and than I will get so what can I do about that. Will they scann my letter later????

How harmful will be the fact that I say I do have Dean' letter and I won't be able to get one in next 2 weeks or at all. HElp
