how long it takes to upload LORS after applying to programs

i HAD SENT THEM LONG TIME BACK (3WEEKS)
AND WHEN I APPLIED TO PROGRAMS,IT TOOK 28 HOURS FOR UPLOADING.
keep your prog. list ready by then.

I have one more question,do the programs download all the remaining documents again or not,i am bit scary about it.Thanks

1st apply to one program
meanwhile make a list of all other u wanna apply
when all documents are sent by eras to prog.(except photo)
click on the remaining ones------send
it doesnt take much time
yes they do retreive all the remaining documents also

I already applied to about 30 programs last night . some downloaded documents.LORs and photo not yet uploaded.If the programs again retrieve the remaining its fine.Thanks for reply.
