Dig shuld be given in Pt chronic CHf w/ decr Ejection fraction which in this case is normal. Dobutamine used in acute CHF w/ decr E.F
Also agree w/ E for diastolic dysfunction in this case (shuld be BB or CCB for diatsolic dysfunction), even though Pt has asthma and renal probls. |
