In Pulm E CVP should incr, can also sometimes see JVD. I thnik it depends on how bad the obstruction in pulm art is.

Since CVP can be compared to Right Ventricular pressure so w/ Pulm Art obstruction depending on how bad the obstruction is w/ in the pulm arterial vasulature or Pulm artery itself causes obstr of blood flow or back pressure.
