2.leukemoid rxn

decreased in..
1.CML 2.PNH 3.DECRESE phophorus

actually it is a score that is used to diff the conditions yu ve said
Leukocyte Alkaline Phosphatase......if its dec its CML thats the catch

LAP is present on surface of neutrophils(mature) nd bands.inCML due immaturity LAP mrna is not made->dec. LAP on cells so it falls
