increased in..1.polycythemia vera. 2.leukemoid rxn decreased in.. 1.CML 2.PNH 3.DECRESE phophorus

Leukocyte Alkaline Phosphatase......if its dec its CML thats the catch

LAP is present on surface of neutrophils(mature) nd bands.inCML due immaturity LAP mrna is not made->dec. LAP on cells so it falls
