got an email today, for a phone interview for an FP prgrm in MI.am so happy the first that i have received. Please what r the things they ask and how should i answer or present myself, what r they looking for???????????????? please some answer, bye

They are looking for your spoken english and also want to know your interest. It is a way of preselection.
