Hi Mission.
Many people are in a similar situation. You didnt provide a lot of very important infs,which except that of your research and scores are also important. I understand what you mean. To take a decision about J and H is not the ease one.The worst is changing strategy. Searching for hospitals supporting H1 and finally trying to get a fellowship. You have to decide what is more important for you. I have similar score and some invitations from NYC.
Good luck. If you want it you ll get it, but set up the priority and dont change your mind.

What are those cheap community prog ?
what university programs did you applied ? because your credentials are great ? have you received invitation from St joseph or St francis illinois ? ,
when did you applied ?

i m surprised to see ur post bcoz ur YOG and ur credentails are superb i cant realize where r u lacking ....i just wanna say ,dont take any risk.....apply in FM as a back up.........fellowship /research is later issue ...just get into the system then see what will next..this is my opinion

apply to 150 more, better yet 200 more.
