I think everyone has their own beliefs based on situation they r in. for someone with 99/99 and money constraints a cap will be good. someone with 80/80 will wanna have more options . and the world is not perfect neither is the match. But i agree with vitriols point on the cap on maximum number of intervirws. and also i feel prematch shuld be banned. its unfair and disturbs the whole match process. so all in all i wanna stop something, kideney wants something else its based on personal reasons and situstions.
take a chill pill guys , play ur game hard and let eras manage the rest.

cap the applications
ban prematch
ban 99/99
ban old grads
stop new visit visas
ban recomendations
ban multiple field applications
ban doctors form country X
..............just wait and see.

ban all NON US-IMGs or institute a system where
1. all AMGs, current / not so current grads, must be employed before any IMGs are hired
2. ECFMG certified US-IMGs next in line, no difference if they are young, not so young or old. After all applicants in this group are hired,
3. GC holders next
4. then and only then should NON US-imgs be considered.
5. eliminate HIB
NOW you can start screeching, remember save your voice for your interviews!!!!!!
