Yes, I too thought it was SLE causing the problem and hence answer B.
But this is actually a case of sclerodetrma.Her antinuclear antibody test is posi-
tive at 1:512 with a nucleolar pattern. <----- A nucleolar pattern is more specific to scleroderma than to others.
malignant hypertension is the main cause of death.
